Here is another random picture I had been working on for the past couple of weeks. I was happy with the way the muscularture came out along with the pose, proportions, and overall accuracy of the picture. However, once I started coloring it, I felt that it started going downhill from there.

I am not quite sure how to create really nicely blended colors without having the smudge the hell out of it. I have created blended colors before, but it required so much smudging that I was hoping there could be another way to accomplish this by using adjustment layers and layer blending options.

Alas, all this did was increase my color range but it didn't quite mix together like I wanted it to. Back to the drawing board.

Oh!

It's called Chinese Muscle because it was based off one of the dancers from America's Best Dance Crew. Unfortunately, I have very little experience drawing Chinese facial features and I don't think I quite captured what I was looking for.

This is also my first "Pectacular" type of picture where there's more muscle than breast tissue. It was a fun experiment but I'd much rather prefer voluptuous breasts.
