I really like this pic! The sky is very dramatic!
I wonder if it would look better all in black and white? I use Alien Skin Exposure 2 plug in for Photoshop CS3 for b&w conversions. You can get a free demo of it on their website, it's worth checking out!

Yes, I think it would look nice in black and white too, I don't have the Photoshop CS version although I will try the conversion with channels, and thanks for the suggestion, I will remember the name of the plug in for when I update to CS

I don't really see much to critique on. But that 2 random light spots on the ground in the distance kinda bother me.
Other than that minor detail everything seems to blend really well in color and contrast.
