Chibitalia: SmileThis was worn to Anime USA '09!
Costume belonged to a friend of mine. She couldn't go, so I hopped on the con train and donned her cosplay as well. It's very comfortable although occasionally a bit hot.

It's beautiful fabric, ahe made it herself! She and the Romano featured in other pictures used the same fabrics and patterns : )

That's so amazing. I need help with making this costume, and I was curious as to where to look to get patterns [even though it looks ridiculously easy to make]. Do you have any suggestions?

I can check to see if the pattern is still in our possession, but a good bet is to go to your fabric store and take a look through the pattern books. You'll be surprised by what you can find! Sometimes they'll need to be modified, but it's good to have a start.
But I'll take a look around to see if the pattern number is still floating around!
