Meh, I wanted to draw one of my Hissi, but the ideas weren't flowing as I hoped. Oh well, is cute anyway.- Polecat
Lessons Learned - I really have to stop waiting until the end of the picture to add the arms. I got almost all the picture done, and realized she didn't have any arms!! She almost ended up a snake, as I couldn't get them to set how I wanted to. Even then getting that book to look even partially right was a real pain. I know my perspective is off on the book and her arm... >.<

I was, and am, a nerd from a family of nerds (both sides), so confidence is not part of being a nerd. It's your association with the "mainstream" and being willing to be off it in a more "brainy" or at least what's generally considered nerdy/geeky way.

Well, in my nerd period (at least what I can remember, the rest is all blurry), the last time a girl invited me to go out I banged my head to the wall. I don't know how didn't I get a skull break or even a lump, but that was my way. The fact is that I wasn't very interested in love in that moment. But I began soon to become a pervert (I have a female Second Life avatar and got a lot of kinky bondage stuff. Don't ask), in fact, my first approach with porn was at 15 (the nerd/mad barrier). I even got into bondage adult sites before legal. The most incredible was... I wasn't even surprised! It was so natural.

There's your Hissi art idea. Her as her character, skimpy armor, tall, high-heel boots, some large weapon, bow, axe or sword.
Maybe followed up with a picture of said character captured/tied up. n_n

Tho the idea is valid as well. I don't tend to do a lot of fantasy style characters, and technically Hissi' history leans more towards a Roman/Persian style history then a "dark ages" one... course I could see her doing cosplay.

Heck yes, I'd like to hear about her last character and I'd invite her to my game too. I assume due to the lack of ears, that the temple piece for her glasses are wraparound?

I envisioned them more as a straight piece with a sort of "rubber band" like backing to keep them roughly in place.
