Description
One can be forgiven for mistaking Ruby for a Succubus, she makes a good living off that misconception. But after my last character died in out "evil" campaign (the off week game from our normal bi-weekly game) I decided I wanted to bring "teh sexay" this time.... And Ruby was my character.Technically she's a Tiefling (D&D race: people who have been tainted with demonic or infernal blood in their past), but her abyssal traits were so pronounced that she stands out even compared to others of her "type". But she's made the best of a bad situation, especially when he figured out so many people harbored dark little fantasies involving the infamous Succubi that she started making quite a good living off it.
Ruby is a hedonist, through and through. She's out to enjoy life and all it's pleasures before she dies. Interestingly she's also a cleric, but of Sharess of the Forgotten Realms universe (the DM is running Forgotten Realms, but with Pathfinder rules). Thus she's not evil (Sharess is a good Goddess) just very much amoral and out to enjoy and experience everything she can. There's more there as to why she's a cleric, and why she's like that, but I'd rather not reveal ALL my cards.
Either way, assuming she survives the initial intros, she should be fun to play....

Lessons Learned - Ye GAWDS!! Figuring out how to draw those jack-legs crossed at the knee like that took me for-EVER to get right, and I'm still a little unhappy with how the knee of the lower leg came out (It looks slightly disconnected from the leg it's attached to, which bugs me a little). Getting the lay of the dress was hard too, and I had a multitude of false starts on it, especially on that "seated" effect by her hand. I am proud I got the right shapes, with the "S" curves in there on her body, and a second one I snuck in even on myself if you follow the line of her tail to the whip. I don't know if it'll make her any sexier, but I'm pleased with it.

Great job she reminds me of a charactor from a book called my personal demon which came out about 25-30 years ago.its a fun read if you can find it and have time to read

Actually, the people of Cheliax rather dislike tieflings. They see them as a sign of either being too weak to control ones servants or as wasting power to slake ones lust.
Yes, Cheliax does have a lot of tieflings. They are also second-class citizens.
(This dislike is one of the plot drivers for the Council of Thieves AP.)

Aye, my first Pathfinder DM had us running along with that. Tho the perfect goddess for her IS in Pathfinder (complete with the whip as a holy weapon) but the DM is going by the Faerun gods... bleh.

I think that, while your arm-to-leg ratio might be a bit skewed (as I said before) you still have a fine image.
So, new campaign, no opportunities... and how better to proceed than with more evil?

Nah. The DM tries to keep our "good" characters alive, but has stated that the evil game will be more lethal, thus he's not going to "fudge" the rolls for us to keep from perishing.

Well, we like the rule-set for Pathfinder, but the DM is a big fan of the Forgotten Realms, so we're using the Pathfinder rules with the Forgotten Realms stuff.
And thanks, I am rather happy with how the character came out. Drawing her actually helped me get her personality and history in my head more solidly...

I know the feeling there, the character almost doesnt seem real yet until they're drawn. And that makes sense on the rule set for Pathfinder, I have a couple of friends who took part of that set and have been working on a full out book, its pretty intense.

I had to look it up, so yeah I know. I'd rather use a different god, but we're using Forgotten Realms, and no "perfect' god existed for the character (Loviatar was a close match, but Lawful Evil went too hard against how I envisioned the character's personality... AND I needed a Neutral or Good god so I could do the positive energy channeling and instant cure spell replacement).

Nice picture. Always wanted to play a tiefling, but never had a chance to. Let alone any planetouched. -__-;

The lower "knee" is actually the ankle. The hooves are at the "toes" of the feet. Just a little anatomy I learned when I got curious about how my pet cat's legs functioned, and your Ruby's legs are very similar. Dunno if knowing that will help you visualize and draw those types of legs better, but it might.
Very interesting character! I've gotta wonder, though, is she a domme or a switch? Knowing she's a character of yours, I figure she's into bondage, and likely S&M, what with the whip.

You're looking at the wrong part that I hit myself on. I meant of the 2 knees (of each leg, one on top of the other) the lower one (from her left leg, and under her right knee) looked off to me. I knew the rest of the anatomy there.
As for the character, she does all of the above. Basically she makes a living getting "hired" to play the role of a succubus for the customer. This could be anything from being a 'captive" to being the captor, to being a seducer, etc. She fakes being a demon, which by blood she has a lot of in her anyway.
