Yes he is. Though he's a bit of a pain in my ass because he constantly barks and whimpers at us, even when we already fed and let him out.

My cat can't stand my dog.

I'm not sure, they get along fine until my dog tries to "play" with my cat. My dog needs to figure out that cats don't play like dogs.
