Interesting design. While the larger wheels would provide protection from incoming fire there is the added problem of an obstructed field of fire. The vehicle itself would have to turn in order to fire at some targets, making this a very poor vehicle choice for use in urban environments. My recommendation would be to make a alternative wheel design based in part off of WWI-style tank tracks, with gun ports set in the sides.

Thank you! It was not my idea though. The idea was from a "think tank". They wanted a Segway style Humvee with big armored wheels that could block RPG hits.

but i think that the tire texture are extureded to much (the small stripes on the tire)

Threads? You mean tire treads? The regular segway does not have rugged treads. Of course this one needs a a little more grip though.

Actually, I would assume that it's so that the body of the vehicle remains upright, rather than spinning upside-down around the wheels' axis of rotation. It could also use gyroscopic stabilizers (like the Segway lol) but that might be more expensive.

It's sorta' like a segway and it is low to sit behind the big wheels. They are extra protection from weapons.
