at the level of art you're at right now i would suggest trying out different ways of making creases in clothing. as of right now your biology and linework on the physical body are pretty good. Clothing, however may be something you may have to practice on a little bit as well as putting designs on clothing. it's not a bad design, but the tools used didn't make it look like a design, but rather something that's in front of the clothing. in short i would say to use thinner lines when drawing clothing, and perhaps drawing the circles on the jacket personally rather than using a sticker to do so.

yeah i'm not saying it looks bad, certainly better than i can do. all it takes is a little practice and you can reach the sky

essentially just traced on photoshop.... changing the colours the only thing i wish i could do different is the hair his hair is curlier

The line work is very shaky. You probably shouldn't use those thick lines for the creases. There is also way too much going on with that jacket. You should get rid of those 'black holes'. The hair has some pretty good volume but I suggest that you add more to it. (highlights, shading, etc). Other than the inconsistent line work... actually, I think that only the stars look good in this pic. try shading, consistent line work, less details and more really just making sure that the line work is not shaky. The on that is bothering me the most is the one on the chin/ left cheek.
