heres our second character of the day, an international friendly competitor of our mc (:

akeem came over from panama to japan to enter the championship games in the hopes of--like everyone else--winning the title of essentially the best UNO player in the world. akeem, however, is quite different than yuno when it comes to his passon for UNO. though he still enjoys the game, he plays a bit of a "straight-man" character, often being heavily confused by how intense yuno and others can get while playing the simple card game. though he enjoys yuno's bubbly personality and excitement for the game, he cant help but think yuno is being a bit dramatic when playing. akeem and yuno (along with another character who will hopefully be doodled and introduced here later) met and became sort of allies as the games continued, practicing and training with each other as they work their way up the ladder of competition.

akeem himself is very level-headed, often helping yuno snap back to reality when hes going a little too feral over UNO. akeem is also quite friendly, and easy to get along with--if not a little sarcastic at times, and of course always the first to question why things are the way they are. hes a strong player in UNO, being selected to represent panama for his strategic skills and abilities he utilizes well on the playing field. and though he doesnt take the game as seriously as yuno and some other competitors do, he still enjoys the game and hopes to prove himself worthy of respect in the field, doing his best as he works his way up to potentially win.
