Rubbish title but can't think up anything good.

Made this girl with the idea that she is the leader of a villain group. She has the power to create things with her left hand and with the right she can destroy things. She also had a helpful floating ability she gained by some experimentation along with her short body and young appearance. No idea if I will actually use her or not but she was fun to draw.
