UM it's not a miscarriage lol. Neither Aku nor Blossom can have children biologically. Aku has no fluids, and is therefore impotent. Blossom is a test tube baby/genetic experiment with no nipples. They are not capable of reproduction.
Blossom is just upset because she wants kids, and Aku is upset because Blossom is upset.

It's okay. They'll eventually get over it -- Blossom realizes Aku is enough of a handful already, so her maternal instincts get used on him. And Aku loves kids but he'd be forever pissed if he had to share Blossom with anyone, even his own child >_>;
