's character Rouge in Rapture's Universe~! Originally I drew fullbodies of them, but it didn't fit the drabble i wanted to write so i scribbled this out >___>;;

She's the French teacher |D I guess this is around the time James is in Uka's class? Probably earlier than that, Uka looks really young with the shorter hair and less wrinkles LOL.

"How are those exams going? Looks like most of your kids aren't gonna be passing your class."

Rouge gently touched the older man's shoulder; he offered no sign of noticing her, so engrossed in his fervent scribbling. He did not stop his hand from furiously drowning the pages before him in red ink to answer her.

"They are all incompetent failures, save for one. Nevertheless, I am quite accustomed to failing students that fail to apply themselves." He flipped a page and immediately marked several things wrong, eyes rapidly skimming for any other careless mistakes. Rouge tried to read some of the essay herself, but her colleague was moving far too quickly for her to keep up. She leaned down--that got his attention.

"Excuse you."

"Oh--! Sorry, I didn't mean to get that close."

Truth be told, she hadn't come so close at all. She held her breath as he resumed his work, sighing in relief when he didn't press for an argument. Of course, he never did. Other professors would have gladly insulted her further, or made some kind of ridiculous remark, or worse, turned the tables and started hitting on her. But perhaps that was why Rouge respected Mako Uka above everyone else. Perhaps that was why she tried to spark conversations with him more than anyone else. Perhaps that was why she was in love with him, even though she would never admit it. Despite her efforts to get him to notice, however...

"Say, Uka-sensei?"

"Hmm."

"Would...I know it's rather unorthodox for me to ask, but...I mean, I know I ask, a lot, I guess, well not that often, but I do ask--"

"Out with it."

"Um..well...would you care to...maybe come over to my place and grade the rest of those? I'm sure it'd be more comfortable th--"

Suddenly, he rose. His full height was astonishing--Rouge rarely saw him out of a seat, and needless to say he dwarfed her. She was short, but he was tall. After getting through the initial shock, and craning her neck upwards, she looked hopefully into his eyes. They were devoid of any sentiment whatsoever.

"No thank you."

"Th-that's alright," She vouched, her voice and her gaze falling as she tore herself over his soulless stare. "I...won't bother you any more."

And with that, he gathered his papers, calmly strode past her, through the door of the teachers' lounge, to a place where he would certainly be left alone.

Yes, he is that boring and pissy. I love him X3

...they kinda remind me of Mune and Eutus from Abenobashi LOL.
