Description What happens when I combine sailor moon and pokemon? This happens. xDD I enjoyed working on this picture of chibi touko, who has become a sailor scout, and oshawott is reminding her to go save the world. XD By the way, if it's hard to tell, that's silver i used for touko's outfit, not gray. Lol, i rarely used pink in this |D XDD
