Maxwell "Max" Markham also known as "Grizzly", violent pro-wrestler who was expelled from his career thanks to J. Jonah Jameson's articles. Markham later ended up with the underworld and, similiar to fellow criminal "rhino," got his already impressive strength enchanced via experimental serum and equipped himself with powered armor/exo suit shaped like a bear, thus starting his career as grievious Grizzly.
Kinda ironic that, despite being similiar to Rhino, Grizzly is kinda forgotten and mostly treated as a joke nowadays, while Rhino got more popular as time went on. Personally i aint a fan of grizzly, but i still took drawing him as challenge to try to make him actually look threatening.
My version of Grizzly's armor is pretty much similiar Rhino's (after all, it IS based on his prototype armor). It grants him boost to his strength, endurance and speed, while also lets him climb walls and run faster on all fours if wanted.
While its not easily visible, Grizzly's bear head also includes durable visor to protect his face.
