There is a skeleton made out of metal in it (if I say that correctly...). It's very stable this way but makes it really heavy too.

Yes with a belt, it's under the pullover.

I've had a hard time with belts is your belt really thing to be able to support that so well

Erm... no The biggest problem is that my belt is too thin, so it made my waist hurt even more. But there aren't any other good solution for this... Even if you sew it on your clothes it will never make it stand up like this.

My shiny meowth tail broke a belt 0~0 and three diffrent elastics I finally broke down and just used a back brace.
