I honestly have no idea how I made this… I don’t think I could repeat it even if I tried! It brings back many memories of my childhood. I always thought that unicorn tears were one of the most powerful forms of magic, I used them all the time when playing make-believe. I also loved the idea of “in-between” spaces, partially based of of Irish folklore and partially based off of “the Sight” from series like the Spiderwick chronicles. I still have an old poem about the in-between. My concept for this is that the unicorn is crying because the in-between is becoming separate from their world. Their tears unleash magic that allows a glimpse of the in-between to return through the rain, though it can’t remain for long.
