I decided to go way back, back to when I was younger and used to imagine myself as a sailor scout and fight evil by moonlight alongside Sailor Moon... Oh gosh, please tell me I wasn't the only one who did that!
I love the design for Neo-Queen Serenity, she just looks so beautiful and mature, but she still retains some of the personality of the Usagi we all know and love. King Endymion, I like his outfit and all but why is her purple? I never understood that, never. What was wrong with the bad-ass black tuxedo? And the purple hair? Again, what was wrong with black? Oh well, he still looks good. I found him dreamy in my younger years, still kinda do. I was hoping for this picture that people could see from her expression and the title that she is indeed pregnant. I chose not to make it obvious but I allowed the viewer to interpret it as they saw fit.
Recently I re-discovered the Sailor Moon manga, and as I was reading I was remembering all those hours I spent watching the anime with obsessive worship. Not counting Pokemon (because I didn't watch it much at all), Sailor Moon was the first actual anime I was introduced to and enjoyed, and it opened my mind to Japanese culture. My sister collected the mangas and I remember being a little kid and just looking at the pictures. Whenever I tried to read it I'd get confused (because I didn't know they read from right to left ), and I remember Usagi and Mamoru were my favorite characters.
I always was, and still am to this day, a hopeless-romantic at heart. Hence, all the couples pictures I've posted. And Usagi and Mamoru were the "it" couple for me for a long time - until I discovered Inuyasha. And what I loved most of all was knowing that someday they would be king and queen and would have Chibiusa as their daughter. So this picture is dedicated to my childhood, and to those who used to love watching Sailor Moon as a kid too. A picture of when the far-off future became the present.

Edit: ...... I JUST realized I put stars inside the crescent moon..... They can't be there! Doh!
