This didnt take all that only...3 hours?I worked on it from 12:00 to 2:30 in the morning....and i did the sketch the day before.
Hope you like it sky!Now im off to work on more pictures.XD

from what i can tell, Painter has the stuff for the effects on the eyes and stuff.
