Dedicated to my very dear friend Sani [Shiny] for her BIRTHDAY! [August 11th]

I have known Shiny on dA for a VERY long time, and she is has always been extremely supportive of me the whole time!

She is such a sweet and kind person, but
she is also strong and courageous, too, believe me!
I am happy to meet a person like her in life.

We were walking along the closest beach down under where we now live... and discovered this AMAZING starfish, completely whole and intact, AND alive! [You can tell because it was still blowing bubbles... ]
We have found starfish before on our beach below, but before this one, none have been alive.
So for this one, we decided to try and save its LIFE, and gently took it as close as we could to the water's edge and... the rest is history- or its future!
If it survived it was meant to be... if it still washed up again... well, we wouldn't know...

It could not have hurt to try- at least it lived somewhat longer... and enjoyed its time in the sea...
