~~~ I am sorry that I do not know the birthdays of "new friends" as I have only been able to keep up so far.
The above I have known for some certain length or longer...
However,

I DO WISH ALL dA's AUGUST BIRTHDAY ARTISTS/FRIENDS, THE VERY BEST POSSIBLE, FOR YOUR NEXT YEAR OF LIFE!

* I wish my dear cousin Carrie the best on her August B-Day, for as I have been thinking muchly of her again lately, and the title of this B-DAY image, if such a message anyone could begin to understand, it is her.

* I wish my dear bio-Mom, the best possible on her own birthday near the end of this month, and that she can look forward into the year ahead with some positives, any ounces of true happiness, that may outweigh even in the slightest some of the negatives of the past.

* Happy Birthday to my so sweet tuxedo cat, Herbie, who turned 9 on August 1st!

* HAPPY BIRTHDAY or ANNIVERSARY, TO: "THE SHELTER PROJECT", which is officially SEVEN YEARS OLD, THIS MONTH!!!! (WHICH, believe it or not, it still keeps on going, even if not QUITE in the way I hoped - I'll explain more later.... :whew: )

A FEW MESSAGES TO JUST A FEW OF THE ABOVE-MENTIONED dA FRIENDS-FAMILY

"The Shelter Project" - I want to GRANT extra special AUGUST BIRTHDAY GREETINGS to my AUGUST BIRTHDAY FRIENDS AND FAMILY who are AFFILIATES and SUPER-AFFILIATES of "The Shelter Project" - which simply means they have done anything from advertise, to make purchases, etc. (or stepping outside the box to think of ways...) to support the PROJECT.

ShinyHeels - my beautiful friend from seemingly so far away but always close to my heart in understanding. I have known, Sani, for a super SUPER long time here on dA. And we have shared much that is in common, and she is an inspiration as she keeps on going forward... and no matter the space between contact, it is always the same with us, because that is how it is with heart-friends. May her goodness and SHININESS continue to touch others, they way it has touched me, many times.

CameronKobe - I was enjoying getting to know Cam here on dA when we first met, and I had the ability to communicate only as small as I could even then. I can't thank Cam enough for the various ways she has reached out to be of a very kind and helpful friend, and mostly I will always remember this. For as my memory is poor, the GOOD things remain at the forefront.

coastbeachartist - People don't always realize that enthusiasm and excitement for good things in life, are exceptionally inspirational, and can truly help keep a person keep going. Oh, how important this can be... Sometimes, we don't know just how much we are being a positive impact on someone's life. Grant is a gem.

cristii - There is a subtle humble sweetness and love that resides in this person, which if like me, you have known her for a very long time on dA, you know this about her. Sometimes you do not have to know someone very well, to know that there is a lot of good in them. I think fondly of this dear person, and I always will.

Arte-de-Junqueiro - Lastly, but never (ever) leastly, my bro- my family- Mel. I have one biological sibling in my life, a brother, and while I am close with his daughters, sadly I am not close with my brother. I have "issues" with the concept of "family" as it is, which is why, when someone on dA (and there have been and ARE others), comes along, and you get to know them as family, it is truly a special thing, and for me one of the highest blessings to receive. Mel, has been as if a true concerned brother would be. I am thankful for each time he has tried to reach out to me. He has very much good and even patience with me, within him, and I am blessed to know that Mel is good and kind, and one of the biggest champions I have had, of "The Shelter Project"! Mel means a lot to me.

Again, To ALL AUGUST B-day babies! named here or not, doesn't matter. Just remember... you ARE significant within the masses of human population and other living beings on this planet. YOU mean something, you are important, and wonderful, and you DESERVE to be celebrated, and you deserve it at ANY TIME, not just on your B-DAY... because YOU ARE WORTH IT! REMEMBER THIS, I beg you!
