I ought to comment on the picture too... She's very beautiful and elegant. I like the way her top looks like it has stars twinkling on it. And I think your solution to wings for an obviously supernatural character is nice... they are translucent, as though they are phantom, only semi-corporeal, perhaps.
I've only read the introductory chapter for this Quill, but if I had to describe her based only on this picture... she looks like someone who will be fair and kind, but stern to people who deserve it. Great job.
I like the unique design you've used for the streetlamps. They seem so baroque in design, much more atmospheric than if you'd made simple globes.

Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun designing her outfit. I wasn't sure how the wings would turn out, I'm still not sure I"m 100% happy with them, but I'll revisit it at some point. Thank you very much for you encouraging and humbling words ^_^=

It's fairly unique; I haven't seen a whole lot of winged characters with "spirit" wings. You did a nice job on the transparency, which thinking about it, is something you don't see people draw that often.
And the top just looks awesome and magic.

Ha ha! At least a flight of Quills, though. I think we can count one Quill as an aircraft-equivalent, and so we are only one Quill short of having a flight, which is normally four aircraft. A wing is two more levels up, so we'd need 16 Quills to have a wing, at the very least.

There's surely room for at least one more Quill! I mean, really, if people can keep track of, what, 12 Doctor Whos, there's no reason there can't be quite a few more Quills...
Just make sure to collect licensing fees once Quill takes off. The action figures will be be worth a fortune someday.
