THIS IS MY ARTWORK AND NOT FOR USE BY ANYONE BUT MYSELF! >.<Alright this is another scratchboard piece of Jack skellington from Nightmare before xmas on that hill thing saw the image from my CD case so -shrug- yeah anyway
you have the scratch the black off to get the silver so yeah. -nods- it's hard!!

I love scratchboard works. They're in a class all their own when done nicely, like yours. It just takes forever to do detailed works. @.@

Lol hey, if it works, use it! I did a scratchboard project in my Art III class in high school and got hooked. But I can't find any scratchboard at my local art supply store.

I got it from my college art professor; she got a bunch at one point and she hates the stuff so she gave it to me.
But you can make your own; if you find foam core and then put like spray paint of the color on it you want to show up under the black then paint over that with like tempra paint it should work; i did it at my church with crayons under rather then spray paint but it had the same effect.
