Go to "View" and then "Screensize" It is best to set it to your default screen resolution.

This is REALLY good!
I'll give you a tip that ALWAYS helps me when I make random lip syncing. Always listen to the vocals A,E,I,O and U were they're pronounced clearly and end. After the simple robot like animation, you go and edit the in-between vocals, making the mouth movement more natural.

I find the transitions between the different syllables are a little fast. You could slow it down to about 2 or 3 frames. Especially when it comes to closing her mouth.

Sure. I don't mind taking a look at it. =] And yes, it is. There are a lot of combinations to pay attention with using the "U" expression especially. xD Otherwise it looks very flat. If it helps any, recite the words yourself while you're working, and just monitor how your mouth moves.
