Have I told you enough that she loves to talk about politics and often engage in pointless debates with some of her costumers yet ? 'Cuz she does that. Alot, much to Roman's despair.

She also enjoys writing. In fact, she keeps a journal and does her best to write an entry about her day every day. The content doesn't actually matter, it can be about how tired she's feeling, some stupid stuff she heard at work, a silly mistake Roman made that day... She just wants to write.

Phobias/Fears:
« What if it catches on fire ? » is a quote you'll hear her say at least once a day, usually to Roman. Her sister Maribelle died in a fire, so she's developed quite a fear of untamed flames. She developed a habit of asking that question without any context attached to it, and at random times to the point where her friends don't know when she's seriously asking, or if she's just joking.

(« What if your dress catches on fire ? » « What if MY money catches on fire if I let it laying there ? » « What if your shawl catches on fire and me with it ? Have you ever thought about it ? »)

Habits:
Apart from baking, She reads the news every morning, and then does the most biased recap possible to Roman, who (secretly) doesn't care.

Her or Roman walk Nora back to her house after every finished shifts. The 17 year-old girl doesn't have a say in it, even she tried to dismiss them more than once. Who knows what could happen to such a sweet girl if she wanders off alone at night ? Instead of worrying, the two owners rather walk with her until they're sure she's safe at her house. And besides, it gives one of them a well earned break from the noisy and chaotic tavern.

Skills :

Sweetheart is especially skillful at shooting. She keeps a tiny pistol under her skirt, and forces Roman to keep a rifle at hands behind the bar counter. I mean, her main clientele are criminals, she needs to be ready for every situations, and trust me, she is. More than ready to defend her friends and business.

Best Qualities:
She's passionate about what she does and it shows, giving her quite the charisma and an easy-going vibe.

Worst Qualities:
She is egotistical and a very dramatic person, and since her most trusted friends let her be that way, it won't be taken care of soon. Roman especially is the worst when it comes to enabling her self-centered habits.

Reputation:
Le Repaire de Maribelle is considered a must-go to everyone travelling to the New World. Stevy is famous for her non-discriminatory policy and overall friendliness. The town residents, however, all know her as « that really loud lady who probably wants to marry her own business, but can be fun to see what mess she's gotten herself into if you're bored »

Bonney (Stevy has the biggest crush on her, wouldn't mind going completely bankrup for her)

Ace (Said yes, but fall asleep on the bar counter before they could do anything and she didn't wake him up at the end of her shift. After witnessing that, she decided he was way too cute for that and never brang it up again)

Doflamingo (Had a quickie in the wine cellar, got badly treated. And yikes. She liked it a lot, and is extremely ashamed of it. There cannot be a day without Roman silently judging her for doing it.)

Law. (Is it even a question ? She got coldly rejected)

Her sexual life is used as a private joke between her, Roman and Nora.

Relationship(s):

Roman. Stevy's best friend, and co-owner of the tavern. They've known each other for years.

Nora. The cook. Stevy and Roman took the teen under their wings and care for her deeply. She looks up to Stevy.

Nami. Since the Strawhats came to the tavern, Nami and Stevy have been writing letters to each other, and they seem to be on their way to cultivate a good friendship.

Sanji. She hates him with a burning passion since he tried to hit on Nora. Nobody flirts with her baby when mama Stevy's there.
