While most of the anatomy looks good, the large breasts seem absurd since they are not proportional to her body. If drawing large breasts, the subject should have large shoulders, hips, and waist, in order to support them. Logically speaking, if a real woman had breasts this big and a smaller frame, she would be stooped over because her body could not support her chest. Nonetheless, the overall artwork is decent.

Remembering fondly as I do, this may not be likely (or common), but a Playboy Playmate from some time back, notoriously natural, had DDD breasts on a slim frame at only 5'-3". I never saw her stooped.

Did she ever talk about back problems? I'm not speaking from experience, but I've heard that most people with smaller frames and large breasts often feel pressure on their spine.

No, though she did only one more session for the magazine. She did note that tennis and jogging were out as sports. She also allowed single photos from reunions and the like to be published once in a while. About the spinal issue, I have it on reasonable authority that proper exercise will help with that, by strengthening the back's muscles.
