Exquisite, this reminds me of a drawing that i've done before. Its the fact that you didn't draw in the hair and that you didn't completly blacken the background, those are the parts which i am the laziest at. Overall, nice composition, great shading style, perhaps a little work on the proportions, but you have captured the right look and thats the hardest part. Good Job!!!
