New character inspired by an injured blue jay I found when walking in our neighborhood. It had an injured wing but it was getting around pretty well, eating bugs and as I'd watch it, they would try to jump over the fence but it only did this once or twice before it started to think and look for another way out showing how intelligent they can be.

He's a jeweler that deals with precious stones though more culturally important and precious than say just money's worth. Hence why he has no association with Jet and his crew despite his appearance. I was gonna give him a necklace or something to imitate the "collar" of typical blue jays but nothing came to mind, so I put gems on his belt, metal shoulder arm and magic tracking knife. How can a knife be magical? I just figured it'd be something kinda useful that he could have.

He was gonna also be called "Hop" or "Hopper" because the injured blue jay was also hopping around but apparently Sonic already has a rabbit called Hopper in Archie and I just didn't want the confusion. His name is Native American for "Moon" "Creator of all plant life", ironic cuz he's more keeper of precious stones! XD In my AU Starline and Jacy are friends.
