She doesn't like being cold, she doesn't like the snow. She doesn't like being wet and when you add cold to the equation, you make things worse for her. It's bad enough as she gets older, the snow and mud can get caught in her wheelchair wheels.
Alastor is actually fine by this as I like to headcannon he doesn't like the snow either. He'll tolerate it for Mimzy's sake but he doesn't enjoy being out in the cold and especially snow. So he's happy to the fact that his daughter will never ever beg him to go out in the snow with him. Mimzy on the other hand is having a time of her life somewhere. She loves it! Tilly is definitely a daddy's girl! XD
