I gotta say, I find it really impressive~
Sonic's hand reaching out may look a little silly to me but other than that, I really like the way this turned out.
This frame around Sonic is also well done. It actually reminds me of that old Sonic Fan Game that... unfortunately got cancelled.

Just one question, when you say silly you mean the fact I wanted to make him coming out from the frame? If so... Well I like that feature when they use in comic books, so I tried to imitate. Not very well performed though. I'm sorry for that.. Β

By silly I actually meant the shape of his hand. It kind of looks out of place for me. Sorry that I'm not able to make this more clear.

By the way, some people told me this hand seems to be in another visual language than the rest of the drawing, shuch as if the drawing was a cartoon overall though the hand is kinda realistic...
Maybe you meant that by "out of place" ? Don't know, only trying to get what you saying in order to try to improve in the future!

I got some advices from my drawing teacher (at the time) and some friends, like... I had mixed up realistic (mostly the hand) and cartoon styles on this drawing, so I'm trying to keep the same "language" on further drawings.Β
And I'd like to be able to draw better backgrounds, I'm not good (or maybe not patient enough) for drawing them...Β

You are really good with backgrounds, but I know what you mean. I am not that good at drawing backgrounds. I don't have that much patience doing that, but I want to get better with that.

I think good backgrounds are just a matter of time and persistance.
As everything else in art, good references are always powerful tools for us. I'm building a folder at Pinterest exclusivelly for backgrounds and locations references. Hope they help me in further artworks.
