I had a little time to myself this morning to draw while waiting on a response from one of my customers on a revision of their commission. I rarely post any original artwork here but I kind of like how this turned out. This is one personal interpretation of depression (the top monster) and anxiety (the bottom monster). A subtle kinda unsettling type of scary.

They are meant to be ghost like or made up of the energy that they stole from their host as opposed to being solid entities. The two are infused together because I have both conditions and they do seem to feed/feed off of one another sometimes. They feel like two parts of one monster, in other words. Are the sharp bits open mouths with fangs? Are the holes actually eyes? Are those faces strewn around in various places that that are twisted in horror? Everything is up to your own interpretation here. The longer you look at this, the more details you will find.

If you guys enjoy this pic, I'll leave it up. Otherwise I might scrap or delete later on but I wanted to share it both because original artwork is rare from me and because it's a completely different style than I normally use and I found it kinda cool.
