Sasayaki the Kitsune and Hatsugen the Crane.

I wanted to show the kind and strong friendship between those two character. I always loved the meaning behind flowers and decided to add some in the composition…
Wisteria and double Violet for mutual friendship and Hyacinth for goodwill.

BACKSTORY TIME:
Sasayaki is a nine-tailes Kitsune and Hatsugen's a Tatarigami.
When she was a nestling, the little crane found a poor starving fox cub next her pond, Hatsugen took care of Sasayaki, giving her fish that she catched.
The two aggred that Sasayaki would comes to the pond when she needed food or comfort.
The cub promess herself, in exchange, to never eat the cranes of the pond.

The two of them grew up together, completing each other. Hatsugen's not smart and really weak of her thin and fragile body. But she always spoke the truth of her heart.
She really care for her friend and don't understand why other Kitsune don't like her beautiful tails. Hatsugen oftenly say "The more tails, the beautiful. Imagine if we, cranes, had only one feather on our tail. We would look ridiculous."
Sasayaki is strong and really clever, but shut her mount way too often. So one protect the other. Mind or body.
