Description Holiday Poem

To December it was,
Past the stockings and joy,
From the holiday's eve,
Across every child's dream.

A jolly man he is very,
Passing joy and love now,
laughing, gifting, and watching,
Go around the planet's dark skies.

Warmth and candles shine now,
As many suspend high upon,
The earth's bright midnight sky,
Watching for his red sleigh.

Bright snow shines upon hard ground,
Littered on the thick ice,
Drawn in dark winters style,
Cold and frozen as space,

Children wait forever idle,
Waiting for santa's arrival,
So wish everyone here,
A merry Christmas now and,
Happy and glorious new year!

pretty good! There were a few parts that looked like they would lead to a far deeper meaning. Really make sure to take advantage of that because it adds more depth to the poem and creates are more meaningful feeling. Consistency could use a bit of touching up, but it's a beautiful poem! The flow is amazing and the word choice is fantastic.
