Peaceful is the right word.. It is probably the most relaxing place I've ever been to.. The south of Portugal is a chilled out place to get away from everything.

beautiful! I think sepia works so well in nature photos because it really emphasizes texture. that said, the textures going on in this photo are wonderful-- the leaves of the tree, the grass, the barbed wire and that old, cracking building (church?).

Oh my god! That's god damn sexy! Looks like something out of a film... the sun rising over the horizon early in the morning, or even setting in the evening. Nice one. I likey!

Yeah it works really well. The tree is excellent... just how the light is trying to burst through inbetween every branch. And I don't know what it is... but I'm so drawn to the barbed wire in that picture. Just the whole natural feel with the even wooden gate and what looks like a really old country house... and then you got the wire in it. Kinda reminds me of Nazi Germany back in the day... actually, The Great Escape film where Steve McQueen is riding the motorcycle through the fields, totally reminds me of that. It works really well. Really good job tommy.
