No matter how awesome TWEWY is, no matter how epic Okami is, no matter how amazing Sailor Moon is, no matter how legendary Zelda is...
...Mermaid Melody beats all. o U o
Yeah, I know. The story of Mermaid Melody is cliche, Luchia seems a little like a Mary-Sue, and it does look a lot like Sailor Moon, but the songs are so ADDICTING. O U O And the art in the manga is cute, nonetheless. Even though they don't even look 13-14 years old.
I think the anime is pretty darn good with the songs and all, but like almost everyone else says about every anime and manga, the manga's usually more better. And I agree with that. - w -I wanted to redraw Luchia just 'cause. e 3 e my old version was just... *hurls* Her real dress is adorable, but I can't draw it for shit. xDD;; So, I redesigned it a little. MOAR RUFFLES AND FRILLS~ O U O And the scrunchies that held up her hair looked a little plain, so I added ribbons instead of that. - w - And I also can't draw her pendant even if it were to save my life. xDD So, I replaced that with a bow. - u - Her headpiece wasn't as tricky, so yeah. - w -
SCANNER RUINS QUALITY SO MUCH ASDFGHJKL;
THE EYES. OH MAH LAWD, THE EYES~ ; U ; They look so cuuuttee~ <333 And the hair...mai, I love it. ; A ; So wavy and evurahthan~ ; w ; Too bad it looks a little messy, though. xDD And, to tell the truth, it only took me about 5 minutes to draw out the hand, and the E-Pichi. - w - It wasn't hard at all drawing the fingers and the thumb. < u > To be honest, I actually did draw this in the darkness of my room. o w o;; Only the computer was my light. o u o;; So, maybe that's why it looks a little messy...? I don't know. You guys can decide on that one. - w -
Anyway, I love this picture, love Luchia, love Mermaid Melody, so, yeah. < w >

About the picture;
The sudden 'bald spot' on her head when you stopped putting the hair detail is really weird. It doesn't look right;; Other than that, everything else is AWESOME. I am in love with this!!♥♥♥ I wish you'd 'fix'(imo) the hair and then upload it though T_T
Random babbling;
Actually her scrunchies are supposed to be sakura shells and pearls XD but the Anime animators were so lazy...did you know those stripes on Hanon's chest are supposed to be pearls?o_O I saw it from watching their transformation frame by frame. I LOVE the songs!!<33 But I can't stand their voices..(Lucia and Hanon by themselves, anyway. With everyone together they are PERFECT)

-IN THAT CASE-
The right arm is a little awkwardly shaped, can you make it straighter? Also, the hair ribbon on the left isn't showing the part that would hang down like the right one. Draw that too, please XD And, this part isn't important but I suppose I'll ask; can you make her bow...mm, tighter? Like, on the left it looks like if you straightened it out, it'd hang down XD and wouldn't look too good. But, that's not to bothersome. ALSO! Make the mic a little more even? Like, make the head bigger(wider than the handle) It looks a little square.

Her right shoulder..? Ohh~! That's not her shoulder; that's just the space between the hair and the sleeve. It's covered by the ruffle thingy. - w - I know it's confusing, sorry. ; w ;
