Indeed, it would be a really cool thing.  Although, this idea of a character coming out of a game and attacking a player has been seen in some video game creepypasta's.

Well, my theory is sort of Back to the Futurish.  If a lightning bolt has 1.21gwatts than perhaps it has enough power to open a portal to our world through his game.  Yeah, I don't know what I was doing when I was thinking about this.  The idea was just awesome and I am glad I was finally able to get it on paper.  I just need to find someone who can put their expert coloring touch to it to bring it to LIFE!

Great thought process! But you could take it a few steps further. Like so many innovations, Turbo may not try it until he sees it can be done by accident, then he'll want to do it himself on purpose. Like a fanfic I have buried in the deepest recesses of my mind (partially based on another person's fanfic that hasn't been finished yet). If a person in the "real world" ("real" is always relative, but for these purposes a person who exists outside of the video games) has their hand on the power strip and lightning strikes at just the right spot, creating the 1.21 GW power surge, the energy could pull said person into the world of Game Central Station, possibly being so great and unstable that it bounces them around a bit before shooting them straight into another game (Sugar Rush, Fix-it Felix Jr, or if the Story Gods are cruel Hero's Duty during active play). After seeing a physical person brought into the digital world, someone may get the idea to try the opposite, and then must try to harness the power that fuels the whole arcade to bring that dream to life. Then the heroes must join forces to not only stop the mad person from destroying every game by destroying the power strip, but find a way to send the hapless visitor home.

Wow, I think I just wrote the weirdest sequel to a movie. And figured out the plot for my fanfic without turning my main character into a Mary Sue or a human bug zapper.

I have actually thought of this.  At one point I was legitimately going to do a cross-over of Wreck it Ralph with CSI: Miami.  I have reason to believe that Litwak's is actually located in Miami.  I saw a picture in the book of the city the arcade is located in and it looked a lot like Miami.  I wanted to put the idea of the lightning strike creating a portal to the game world.  Turbo ends up getting out into the real world and the CSI's hand to go after him.  Yeah, I gave up on it, but I thought it was a cool idea.  I thought that perhaps one of Horatio's enemies from the real world finds out about it.  He finds Hero's Duty and learns of the cybugs and how they could be used as weapons in the real world.  All chaos breaks loose when he tries to get one out and all the WIR hero's and the CSI hero's have to get together to stop the cybugs.   Yeah, I am known for the worlds strangest cross overs.

Huh. I thought Litwak's Arcade was located in southern California. But Central Florida is a plausible location, too.

I think your crossover sounds kind of cool. And NO crossovers can be as weird as mine; as soon as I learn how to work Photoshop (or some other program that lets you create pictures on the computer using pre-existing pictures), I have plans for the Cutie Mark Crusaders to sing about how the folks at Disney finally picked a character design for Wreck-it Ralph.
