Hey ! Here’s a cuphead OC for you! It’s a music conductor!
(HE STILL NEEDS A NAME RRRR)
He’s an old radio, and he uses his antenna as his conductor’s baton. He’d attack you with little evil musical notes and some instruments probably. The more his battle goes on, the more untuned and off-key he gets. You’re ruining his precious concert!
