Ray-Ray!!!!!

He's a very tubby boy that loves eating (even though he has no teeth) and taking naps! He's a very friendly boy and gets flappy when he' excited. He's not a great swimmer, but will sit in the water any chance he can get and just splash around.

I decided to make him a mantaray inspired boy bc thats my favorite sea creature uvu so you'll likely see ore mantaray inspired characters as time goes on.
