Took part in the art competition for our local annual anime con Animatsuri. This was my submission.Had to draw the mascot characters Aki, Sousuke and Wilhelm stuck inside a fantasy world. So this is what I came up with.

This is pretty cool.
I agree with Daritha about the eyes. They're just so bright and lively. I also like the outfits, I don't know if that's the mascot outfitting or if it's your own original idea but I like how she's not wearing anything too skimpy like most mascots. I mean skin sells (HA HA GET IT Skin cells? I'll go home now LOL) but this shows you can still be cute and a little sexy and still have everything covered. And that little yellow critter is adorable. ^_^

I made the outfits...didn't feel like designing anything too elaborate so these outfits came out as a result.
Of course you can be sexy while covered up. No matter how much clothing you have on, as long as it flatters your natural shape, it'll look good. Add a dose of confidence into the mix and bam!...sexy.
I didn't win and the final rankings were never revealed so I don't know just how well or badly I did. Doesn't matter though. Painting this was an interesting learning experience either way.
