i use SAI and your going to be really disappointed when i tell you sll i use is the marker tool XD
lemme check the settings i have on it because i think i might of scooched it around
i useally skip between using size 9.20, and 50 depending on the area i want to cover

and these are the settings
Min Size 50%
Density 100
(simple circle)
(no texture)
Blending 50
Persistence 80
