How do you get that sort of TORN SPRAYPAINT effect?

It's pretty easy to pull, find some good stock images of paint splatters(try sxe, that's where I get mine). Select all and make a brush. Brush it over your image in a new layer. Ad a mask to that layer, get out a grunge brush, and brush in black over it lightly in the layer mask.
