Now that the April Fools nonsense is out of the way, let's resume normal art procedures. Shall we?

This is kind of a strange scene, is it not? Well allow me to explain. I got the idea for this request long ago when in my main Discord server the mod there was discussing Homestar Runner. An old web cartoon site that predates YouTube by about...God. Six years. Which stars a cast of characters in their day-to-day lives. Which at first blush may seem mundane, but much of the comedy is based around weird dialogue and character-based humor.

The most popular on the character is none other than Strong Bad. A supposed tough guy dressed as a Mexican wrestler who mostly answers real-life E-Mails sent in from fans and viewers. Many important jokes and even a major character spawn from Strong Bad Emails. Or Sbemails. If you're into acronyms.

The punchline here comes from a popular variant on the site's main menu. In which H*R's creators, Mike and Matt Chapman did various takes on the menu with themes from say, a bowling alley. Or a Halloween theme where some characters are zombies. This page in particular is a spin on old Atari games because some of the humor derives from early video games. Mainly 8-bit pioneers like Atari and other arcade games made by the in-universe developer, Videlectrix.

In the buttons on the menu, you'll see the title character of the site. Homestar Runner mention things you hover your mouse over. Toons. Games. Downloads. E-Mail. Et cetera. Here, it's 8-bit bleeps and bloops and when you hover over the E-Mail button on this menu you see Strong Bad being chased by a duck holding a trophy and shouting "Somebody get this freakin' duck away from me!"

So yeah. That's where the idea for this art request came from. Another idea was from RWBY Chibi. Which features character transitions such as Ruby swinging Crescent Rose at the screen.
