Description

Blue is a dragon genie (the benevolent kind, not the jerk kind). She boasts phenomenal cosmic power without the itty-bitty living space. She's not so much a "main character" as she is a rare appearance that can potentially solve problems with a snap of her fingers, or some kind of otherworldly ally. I haven't decided yet whether she should have a mysterious and otherworldly personality, or be playful and over-the-top like Genie from Aladdin.

On the same "quest" that Kelvin and Angela met, they discovered Blue encased in crystal in a deep cave. As thanks for releasing her, she granted them each a wish. Kelvin's wish was for power, so she granted him the Beam Saber and immunity to fire. I've yet to decide what Angela's wish was...
