Description If I'm not mistaken, the title should translate as "I do not understand anything Japanese," which is a quite useful phrase since I don't .

Anyway, I made this for Yoshi Soul from [link] after finding out that he's left-handed and he wishes he's Japanese. I think this is my best piece of Yoshi art yet, if I don't say so myself *Cowers*

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the top left should mean "Soul" in Kanji. I got the writing from a giant handwritten Kanji font pack I got more than year back (I swear, that pack has everything Kanji! ). And if it doesn't mean soul, then it looks pretty nonetheless XD. Again, I know nothing Japanese

What?
Eh... I'm surprised you can read the title, heh. But honestly, I've no intent on learning Japanese, though. This is just for a friend.
However, I've been studying Chinese and Korean for a few years on and off now.

good luck with that, I hear that Chinese is some kind of intense. I'm sure you'll do well though.

Hehe, Chinese has been really easy for me, actually. I've been writing Chinese and Korean for years, I've developed a natural handwriting for them now. It's easy for me to retain a lot of characters when learning something new.

I'm not exactly sure how Japanese works and all, but I think Chinese is easier because its grammar is very similar to English.

Heh... The fact that he's wearing Geta instead of shoes is funny and cute. I luff it!

This is the closer picture of a barefoot Yoshi I have seen.
Why do they always use those horrible shoes?
good artwork, I like the environment.

Hey, I happen to wear those "horrible shoes" mind you XD (imagined psycho fantasy land character-wise, that is). Unless you're talking about those weird Japanese sandals I drew.

no, the japanese sandals are cool.
What makes the other shoes horrible is that they are not black.

I haven't truly drawn Yoshi feet before, but it's not much of a surprise what they look like. You can see here [link] and browse Yoshiru Ferrari's artwork. Some are bound to have feet in it.

Mwaha, you know how much I love this pic. It's adorable! I dig that awesome background. And you really pulled off Yoshi's front view. That one's really tough.

Excellent work, Teh! I have to agree that this is your greatest piece.

You've been pretty prolific lately.

Basically it has really smooth color transitions, so that looks good, and I dig the shoes too. The only thing is that the color tansitions on the places between the Japanese symbols are missing, like how it's all white... but yeah, aside from that awesome job.

Fixed.

I've been meaning to fix that, and I immediately noticed right after I was finished, but I felt lazy, and nobody else said anything of it . But yeah, I fixed it now. Woo!

There, it looks much better now. I notice little things like that, so, sorry it stopped your laziness.
