I am not ashamed of my scars. I never will be.They are the proof that I am human and that I survived something terrible.
They are the proof that I was weak once, but my life is proof that I am strong.

I'm always glad when I can connect with someone on a level like this. Everyone has their demons, and I think we - as humans - tend to forget that. We all struggle.
