Just a random Pika Chick.Incase you haven't noticed, I've started dabbling with Dodge and Burn again. I much prefer other shading styles but this is the easiest way to get fancy looking shading. My flat shading skillz need improvement.
Anyways yeah, random Pikachu chick. Looks alittle Misty-ish. General idea was that it's a combination of Pikachu DNA and Misty DNA. Not an exact Misty-chu, but close.
