i didn't really rig it to a certain bone.
maybe you could try rigging the braclet to your desired spot!

To make a self model, you need PMD Editor (for some reason it's not working for me ;^; ) and you need to download the necessary to make a model like a female base and all that, hair, cloths, etc.

If you don't mind me asking.... during your spare time, do you mind making me a model of myself? Please... nobody wants to make one for me and for someone as young as me will have trouble... which I am having a load of trouble on pmd... I really want a model of me, but I dont understand how to do it. I understand if you say No, I just would be very grateful if you did me this big Favor! I dnt hve money for a commision, and thats usually why I am turned down u.u... Just madam, you dont have to do this right away, you can do it a month from now or a year... I wouldnt mind... at least I know you did this nice thing for me c:
