Description
My life is an open book, except for the pages that are glued together.Lord it's been a while since I've done anything truly conceptual. I miss it.
Is the title okay or should it be something about the glue? I'm just worried people might not understand the photo, like think there's something else in my hand other than glue?
self-portrait. Makeup and everything by myself. I used tacky glue. when i was done it just peeled right off my face. the blue mascara on my eyebrows was a bit tougher to remove.

Although I probably wouldn't automatically think the bottle was glue, I would then look over at the second picture and guess that's what it was. I like the concept here, it's a little different.

I think the title is fine, I didn't have any problem figureing it out. I like how your hair and clothes are the only color in the small world of this photograph.

You might want to add something about the "glued pages" in your title, maybe "Open Book you can not read" or something along those lines.
One tiny little comment on the tears, they would look more "real" if placed under the corners of the eye, actually just one corner. Tears don't usually flow out of the middle.

Its no mistake you have glue in your hands, and I can't say there's a better title out there. I wasn't feeling very witty and conceptual when I first saw this (the curse of having a phone conversation whilst looking at interpretive art) but once I read that first line in the description the message was very clear and powerful. Also, I'm glad to hear the glue wasn't harmful to you, I was worried when I saw it so close to your eyes. Ironic the makeup was harder to get off....

The glue used as tears, looks like glue; it would be confusing if not for that pic to the right. Cus the bottle doesn't look like a typical glue bottle. It might take people a little to figure it out, even with the pic to the right. That's better though. It probably shouldn't be too obvious. Cool concept!
