So... there's a little story behind this.

I have no doubt that Neopets was one of the biggest things that contributed to my love of digital art. My first tablet drawing even was a crude outline of a sketch I'd made of an aisha XD I used to draw my pets for the BC practically every week. And as I advertised and voted, I'd run into many artists whose work my 12 year old self found utterly amazing, and I told myself, that, if I practiced hard enough, I would someday learn how to draw as well as them.

One of these people was Ghostneko. I loved, loved, loved her krawks, and always wanted to see more of her art. And then I stumbled over her DA, and simply fell in love with her characters and their world.

I desperately wanted to create characters and stories even half as wonderful as them.

And somewhere down the years, I actually did. Paranoid and shy as I am I don't have any of the stories and characters closest to my heart online, but they're there and I know it. And I know Ghostneko's work was what first inspired me, and I still love looking at her art today, so I wanted to thank her for simply sharing her creations.

So here's some fanart of her shapeshifter Sypher, drawn in a style I typically reserve for my personal drawings that don't get uploaded. (Whatthehellisthisdetail?!?! Wheredthecartoonsgo?!)
