the key word is: standards. The people at the AP Art place (or whatever) have seen so many beautiful/impressive/omgwtfawesome pictures that mine might seem a little lacking compared to some. So I have to do my very best; I know I can do better!
I sometimes call the sun rays Heaven's Light XD go figure!

Oh, you want specifics huh? Okay then, let's see ... I look at the bird closely and you have the anatomy down. The wing spread is right on target, althought the left wing looks a little tiny bit more longer than the right. (It could also be the way of the angle that I am looking at it, but it could also be the feathers on the tips of the wings, that's probably it) Other than the wings, the colors and the lighting/shading are a beautiful blend, another well done piece! ;D

Granted, I'm not the best artist in the world (understatement of the century). But I think thats really good.It doesn't draw attention away from the 'centerpeice' of the pic.

Did you hear about that new Canadian law that lets Canadians be citizens of canada and other countries (apearently they didn't like binational citizenry over there).
As such alot of americans and others are finding themselves to be Canadian citizens pretty much overnight.
Who knows, I might even apply to it
