Description Modular structures such as this are a common sight on frontier worlds.  The habitats are comprised of interchangeable frame braces and wall panels, which allow for both easy construction and space-efficient transportation.  While square formats are the most common, other formats such as triangular, hexagonal, and octagonal can be seen with some regularity.

Reminds me of those 10Fold segments.
(Trailers that unfold into 60 ft x 60 ft rooms that can attach and stack making fast and easy construction.)

I really like this, reminds me of the colonist homes in Titanfall

I'm not sure I would go that far with regular frontier homesteading structures, but that's definitely something I'll be keeping in mind when designing modular science bases.
